View Full Version : Subscription renewal

How do I tell PC Tools that I do not want to renew my subscription? I cannot find anywhere on their website to do this.

I recently had an e-mail from them telling me that my anti-virus was due for renewal as well. As I didn't want to renew it I ignored their reminder. I then found that they tried to take money from my credit card account even though I had not said I wanted to renew. Fortunately, I had acquired a new credit card so their attempt failed.

I don't like companies automatically renewing my subscription without my permission so how do I stop this happening again?

OK, found out how to do this.

I didn't have cookies enabled in the support area of their website but it didn't give me any message that I had to have them on

David, are you willing to share how exactly you discontinued your subscription?

Thanks

To cancel automatic renewals you just need to send in a support ticket asking for them to be turned off. You could also email support@pctools.com or call them if you prefer that.

shanwick and kisaran47,

If you wish to have your automatic renewal cancelled, please send me a PM with your e-mail address or order numbers so that we can process it immediately.

You also right Darkbeholder, send an e-mail to support@pctools.com to cancel any automatic renewal and our support representatives will give you a confirmation.

Cheers,
