User profiles on Win98 network

Hello, I'm looking for a registry key that forces Windows NOT TO ask to saves user parameters on logon and automatically DON'T save it cos I want to be sure that whenever a user log in ALL is profiles params will be loaded from the server and not kept in local disk.
Do you know this key (in the case it exists...)

Been searching for the answer to that for almost 2 years... Seems there is no way, but you get programs that answer "No" automatically to the "You have not logged on to this computer before, Do you want to store ..." (can't remember exact wording), however its been so long since I gave up trying to find out, I can't remember any of the programs names. Sorry...
