Loosing application filtering configurations on client's pc

I am having a problem with client PCs that DO NOT have administrator rights.

As soon as PCT Firewall Plus is installed, application filtering configured (allowed and disallowed) and the PC rebooted, all the application filtering that have been configured is lost.

Note that we are using workgroup and we don't want our users to have administrator rights for evident reasons.

Is there any solution for that? :o

I have the same problem. I even allowed writing rights in the PC tools Firewall installation folder for a test, but the user is still unable to store the rules. They are reset every time the session starts. Please help.

We are aware of this problem. This will be resolved in the next version of PC Tools Firewall Plus, which will be coming soon.
