How do i hide the system tray icons

i need to put a program running a remote controler one. but of course it is shown in the system tray can i hide it from the task manager and from the system tray, also i'm in a networked system in wixh each user get's its profile from a server, i'm the administrator and i putted the path for the file in the run services string. How can i do just this, put the program running no matter the user, and hide it from the system tray and taskmanager. thanks
