Because Spyware Doctor gets quite a few false positives, it is best not to remove the problems it finds, but to quarantine them. That way, if it is a false positive, you can restore the files.

HI lackey4007,
I suspect you had Spyware Doctor remove the cookie that this game/site use, as such that website is no longer recognising you.
You should be able to revert the changes from within Spyware Doctor by going to Settings - Quarantine, then select all listed items in there and click on Restore button on the bottom right.
Reboot the computer and see if that lets you back into the game.
If not, contact the tech support at Subspace, usually websites that require an online account simply needs you to log in again at their site and they will drop a new cookie into your computer.
After this is done, restart Spyware Doctor and carry out another scan, this time at the scan results, DESELECT Internet Cookies group (so Spyware Doctor doesn't delete cookies in your computer) and Fix and continue button so this problem should not occur again.
