cannot open mapped network drives when PC Tools Firewall Plus is enabled.

I have installed PC Tools Firewall Plus and cannot open mapped network drives.

As soon as I disable PCTFPlus and click on the mapped network drives they open without problem.

Can someone please help with this problem. Thanks :confused:

Try to allow NetBIOS and see if it helps. I've attached a screenshot of the rule.
Ethernet type: IP
Protocol UDP
Local IP: Equal to my address
Remote port and Local port: In the range of 137 - 138

Please tell me if it solved your problem.

I have tried it and I can now open mapped network drives. It works ;)
