download speed (AOL)

i did what the dial-up boost thing said and i didnt work....i also did it for aol adapter and AOL dial-Up....none of them have increased me download speed.........can someone help?

If you are using a modem you are stuck at whatever speed the phone system/modem supports, most of those "speed boosting" programs dont do anything but cache the web page for use later....you still have to get it to your system initially.
