I have Cable internet and so does my neighbor. His speeds are around 1500KBS. Mine are only 650KBS. I reinstalled windowsME from scratch. My speed was 1500KB, but something changed about 5 days ago, my speed has dropped to 650 again. I installed a burner?? Is there anything that can be done without spending a day reinstalling ME again????
