Ms Backup info store, reg, ini?

Hi,

I'm looking for where Ms backup that comes with Win98 stores the info
for the backups. Whenever I format Msbackup only recognizes the .qic
file by clicking on the .qic file only, so when I do a backup under the
new format I have to start all over again by selecting each file/folder.

I have looked for .ini files and the registry but with no luck. Would
you know where the info is stored so I can save it and reload it after a
format so it automatically recognizes the previous backups without also
having to recreate new ones?
