I wish to use Firewall Plus to filter incoming traffic from certain IP addresses only.
I can untick the box for application filtering, but next time I reboot, this is turned back on.
Is it possible to make this stay off by default?

does not appear to in this version. Maybe in the next one it will.

Hi:
I actually have exactly the opposite problem and I believe the Devt team are looking at the issue. When I boot up first thing application filtering is switched OFF. At least the main screen shows an exclamation mark in Yellow, so I know to then fix it by checking. perhaps our problems are related?

Sometimes when I boot up application filtering is switched OFF, other times it is ON when I boot up.

Hi All,
In the next version the firewall willl remember the Filtering settings that the user had chosen. This will allow users to run the firewall without Application filtering (or even without Packet filtering although this does not make much sense).
Thanks,
Anthony
