Windows XP Test

I was just wondering if there should be a concern about the Windows XP Certification Test flashing a few times right before PC Tools Firewall installation is complete? I know with some HP Printers that the screen stays there until you go ahead and allow the installation anyway, but why does it flash with PC Tools Firewall?
