A suggestion for app rules

Hi,

I want to create a filtering rule(in "Filtering rules") for an application, but i can't find an option for this.
The option works like this: when the app start(or connect the Internet), the filtering rule(s) will be active; when the app is closed(or does't connect the Internet), the rule will be deactivated. LNS can do that.

Can you add this option for app?:o

Emule or Bitcomet. They really need the filtering rules, but I don't want the ports open when the applications are not started or connecting the Internet.
