My laptop now non functional and unable to boot in safe mode with command prompt. Mysteriously the help ticket system not working.

Is this company legitimate?

First time in 10 years that I have had a problem with on line purchase.

I believe the price for RM is 19.95 GBP and the renewal price is 14.45 GBP.

What sort of problems are you having with your laptop?
Does it boot up in normal mode?
What did you do before your computer stopped functioning?
Did you make any changes to your computer? Installed any software?
