I assume this file is for a video card....if it exists on your system it is either corrupt or the registry key was not properly generated.
If you know where it is supposed to go head over to WWW.WINDRIVERS.COM and get the file.

Otherwise you may just need to pull down newer drivers (if available) to try and overwrite this bad entry.

All else fails uninstall and reinstall the latest drivers.

Good luck!

As the post earlier...its a videocard...Voodoo.
Just get some new(well there is no newer then those from jan 2000)but get them, and reinstall and you will be fine.

Just had to do this last week. Involves a quick registry hack; so run regedit and do a search/find command on your dll. Mine was in a folder called startup. Right click on the offender (in the right window)and get rid. This worked for me, if everything else seems fine at the moment, once you OK the message it should work for you. Back up your registry to be safe though(I didn't though). If your interested you'll see in regedit that that the ps.dll is for the control panel anyway. Luck
