How can I hide my drives (c:\ or d:\) so that it can not be seen in 'My Computer', 'Windows Explorer', or when I click on 'open' and 'save as'.3

Have you looked at System Policies ?

Default User\Shell\Restrictions\Hide Drives In My Computer.

This should do the trick.
