Default Sharing On Drive $C

How can I get rid of this default Sharing of my entire Drive C, each time I take it off, once I reboot it comes back, I see where It Can be done in NT 4 with a registry hawk, but WIll this work in win 2000. </font color=blue>

<font color=blue> Ok Cool, I saw that but taught it was for NT Only, but then again Win 2000 has been called NT 5. </font color=blue>
