Refuses to register

Hi. I was amased of the ease of this firewall. And I've had quite a few, like Zonealarm, Sygate and been testing the devastating Ashampoo free Firewall:eek:

But I've been trying to register the PC Tools Firewall after recieving my registration name and code via e-mail, but for some reason the firewall refuses it and replies that "the registration information is not correct..."

Is it possible to resolve this?

Can you please Private Message me with the license code / license name that was issued and I'll check it. Please note you need to cut & paste both exactly as they were issued for it to work.

Anyway you know how to get a registration name and code. I installed PC tools Firewall Plus (without Spyware doctor). In my opinion it is not a obligation to register but because I like the prog I want to registrate. I can read that I must go to "online registration" to get a licenced version. I cannot find that version and I cannot manage how to email to PC tools to get the registration particulars.
Can you tell me what to do?

I'm having the same problem. Copy and Paste the information into the form fields but I get the message that the information is incorrect.

I am having the same problem. I copy and paste into the program as it was sent to me via air mail and it says it is not correct.

No matter what number you send me, it refuses to register as I tried twice thinking the first number that was sent may be wrong. But it will accept nothing as a proper registration number.

I'm having the same exact problem it occured after the update from today i already had everything registerd but after the update it said i had to register again so i put in my serial number/name and it sais invalid serial number not sure why

We have found the problem, you just need to Smart Update again (you won't need to restart) this will solve the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience
