Lost Password

I am helping a friend with her computer. She has problems to connect to the internet because the Internetrestictions (which are incorrect set) are passwordprotected. Her husband died, so she can't get it because he installed it. Can someone help me to make it possible for me to reset these restrictions.

She is using Win95 and IE 5

The password lost is to be found at the menusection 'tools', 'internet options', 'contents', 'settings'.

The suggestion of leung.kenneth did not work, sadly.

You mean the content advisor password. If thats what you mean go to start/run type RegEdit Go to HKEY Local Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Policies/Ratings on the right there should be a key right click it and delete it. Restart your computer go to internet options/content and when it asked you for a password just click ok and leave it blank.
