Hi!
Can someone help me? Recently I have had spyware and virus infections. Windows security center recognized it immediately and changed my wallpaper to "C:\WINDOWS\desktop.html" wich has a text telling me about infection. Now I have definitely removed all of the infections and everything is functioning normaly.
Only windows has locked that wallpaper (desktop.html) and made imposible changing wallpapers from control panel. How can I enable changing wallpapers again? I gues I just have to edit proper registry entries. I know how to change the wallpaper in the registry but I don't want to change it every time by editing registry.
So does anyone know how to enable wallpaper changing?
Thank you for your time.
Cheers!

Right click a blank area of your desktop, choose properties, click Desktop tab, Customize Desktop, Web (Tab), de-select any entries in that window and uncheck the box "Lock desktop items". This might solve your problem.
