Could anyone have a quick review of the Microsoft's browser IE7? I heard a mixed response. How far is it right ?

Install it and try it for yourself. If you don't like it you can remove it using ADD / REMOVE in the Control Panel with no prolem.

I've had IE7 Installed for about a month now. On Monday when I got into the office there was an upgrade for IE7 so I installed it. Now every single time I use it it crashes on me. I only have IE installed for cross browser tesing. However, when you install IE 7 all other instances of IE go away. Now I can't use older versions of IE for testing. Which sucks as a developer. You'd think Microsoft would have taken this into consideration, but what can you expect from a compay that releases updates that often screw up the operating system in their security updates. IE 7 has basically ripped off Firefox, which you would think is good, but overall I'm not impressed with this new browser.

Definitely Control Panel Add/Remove program is the last option.
