Hi Guys, first post here, I got a strange problem with my IE. It just suddenly popped up one day while I was out at work. My sister is good at creating problems for me.

I'm currently using IE 6 on Win XP. When I click on 'Clear History', my URLs get cleared, but image links cannot be cleared.

For example - I can clear "http://www.google.com" from my cache successfully, but "http://www.tfracetrack.com/instructions/g1/autobot/landmine.jpg" cannot be cleared!

While this isn't life threatening, I find it quite irritating.

Here is a list of things that I have tried -
1)Applied pressure to the 'Clear History' Button
2)Cleared Temporary Internet Files
3)Ran DiskCleanup
4)Cleared SSL
5)Cleared Autocomplete forms
6)Cleared Cookies
7)Ran CCleaner
8)Ran Trend Micro AntiSpyware and Avast Antivirus, though doesn't seem like a spyware or virus problem here.)
9)Rebooted. Several Times.(YES, SOMEONE MIGHT SUGGEST THAT)
10)Followed all the instructions on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/157729, but to no avail.

What could possibly be the problem? I don't want to upgrade to IE 7 yet either, thought it MAY solve the problem.
