how to find phone with admin features?

we are using INTER-TEL 8560 and the time is wrong on display.i know the feature code and everything how to set up this, but i don't know which phone has administrative features...:-/. do i have go to every phone and try codes until i'll find the right one?? or there is a different way to find that admin phone???

'Generally'...for whatever thats worth...the admin phone is 0 station, or the operator station, by default.

Alternately, check the switch for an interface port. If it is a newer system I would bet that there is a Ethernet port and a web server built in. On the last system I worked on I had to remove the switch cover and the Ethernet port was on the main board, not externally accessible.

Once connected to the web interface setup was a snap.
