I have a remote user logging onto a PC remotely (either thru GOTOMYPC or RDP) everything is fine up until the point she initiates a DIAL-UP connection to a remote host for application purposes. As soon as the PPP connection is made the remote session is terminated/locks-up.
I have tried adding a persistent route with the command add route -p x.x.x.x (subnet) x.x.x.x (subnet mask) x.x.x.x (default gateway). Although it updated the routing tables (i checked this with the print command) the traffic is still trying to go thru the PPP adapter in order to resolve DNS etc.
What else can I do here? Has anybody else had this issue and resovled it? I would appreciate any help on this as I am exhausted from this problem.
