I am having a window popup when I start windows. The message says "Can not find file c:\winnt\system32\nlc.exe (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available." This started to appear when I ran my antivirus with kaspersky. I googled the nlc file and some websights were saying it was malware or some type of virus. The question is can anybody out there make this window or pop-up or what ever it might be called turned off or stop.
