File currently open by...? (WXP-Pro)

Is there anyway to see file currently opened by someone? I have an access dbf file and it is locked and I can't make any changes. Is there a way to tell which user is using that file?

I tried to connect to the server and not working that way. Any other way to see a log of who has access that file maybe a freeware?

Maybe unlocker would help you. It a freeware utility that tells you what processes are using a file, and free it up if necessary. I find it great because Google Desktop is always locking things up. I don't know of anything that would tell you who is using a particular file, though.
