1) Is IE7 ever going to have a "Recovery" feature that brings back tabs in case of a crash? It had something in the older betas called "Recover Last Tab Group" but that has disappeared. Is the feature coming [back]?

2) Is IE7 going to let us move the address/navigation bars around ever?

You have to ask those questions from Microsoft engineers and marketing people. None of WinGuides users can know what Microsoft is planning for IE7.
