NIC to Promiscuous mode (WXP-Home)

I'm using Fujitsu Siemens Amilo D 1840W and I'd like to
enable promiscuous mode for my LAN NIC. I there any tools / ways for this?

NIC card is SIS 900-based LAN adapter.
