Add/Remove not working for one network user (All)

I am not sure if it network restriction or something wrong, this user is local administrator, and he has problem clicking on add/remove , nothing runs after clicking. However, If I do it on other accounts such as administrator, i have no problem. I even temporarily rename his profile and log in as new profile still not working..
What do you think that is??
