Hi! Well actually I dont know networking that much.And I am having one problem which will be easy for u all. But please help me out. I am having Reliance broadband.Thru it I can get connected to a single PC.But I want to connect it to many PCs which r in LAN.I am having LAN Card ,Switch But I am not getting how to do it? Do I need any Extra Software for it like WinProxy? If so how to make use of it? Please Help me out!!

You need a router not a switch. If you use a switch each PC will try to get a public IP address from your Service Provider. They likely will only let you have one public IP address and will charge you extra to have more than one. If you use a router each PC (on the LAN side) gets a private IP address from the router and the routers WAN port gets one public IP address from you Service Provider. The router does all the translation to allow all PC's to use the INTERNET.
PC performance buffs have long measured hardware advances using a few simple metrics: Is it faster? Is it bigger? Does it have more blinky lights?
