I just freshly installed WIn 2000 on a system that was a WIn98SE. Install went well. but when I installed Nero 551066 and INCD, it also worked well. I could put a disk in the CD burner and it would read it. WHen I installed the SP4 patch and all updates, the system sees a CD burned by INCD and I can access it, but when I try to access another disk, I get one of two messages. 1, The network request is not supported, or 2, disk is not formated do you wish to format? If I uninstall INCD I can use the burner again and access disks.

I am at my wits end. I have lots of data stored on INCD disks that I need to put on my hard drive following the install. What can I do?

There have been alot of problems with InCD. I use AVG for my virus-scan, and when it updated a year or so ago, I had to uninstall InCD to even boot.
