I just upgraded SD with a 3 user license; I decided to purchase a 34 user RM;
The email refers only to SD, and the license key worked fine.
RM won't register at all. I am confused. Why send on one product only one product license? I have asked and written.... no response yet.
Reading the posts, and the risk that a non renewal really messes up the system makes me wonder -- did I make a mistake? I thought I researched the company, and the product well, but reading the posts gets me very concerned..... especially since no one got back to me within the magic 30 day time frame.
