confused and concerned reading other posts

I just upgraded SD with a 3 user license; I decided to purchase a 34 user RM;
The email refers only to SD, and the license key worked fine.

RM won't register at all. I am confused. Why send on one product only one product license? I have asked and written.... no response yet.

Reading the posts, and the risk that a non renewal really messes up the system makes me wonder -- did I make a mistake? I thought I researched the company, and the product well, but reading the posts gets me very concerned..... especially since no one got back to me within the magic 30 day time frame.

Could you please Private Message your order number and also your ticket numbers and I will have this looked into.

It looks like you are trying to register Registry Mechanic with your Spyware Doctor license. The SD license code can only be used with SD.

If however, you have purchased a 34 license subscription for Registry Mechanic you would have received a new license code for RM in an email. Please provide this number and I'll check this up or you can send a PM to "Support".
