Hi, I'm having some problems with my wireless network card. Before formatting my pc, I had no problems running it, however post formatting the system, my pc isn't recognising the network card, and I have no reason why this would be the case, as it's a plug and play card.

Please help.
Thanks.

Have you re-installed the card's drivers since the reformat?

The first thing I did was reinstall the drivers, and the program required to run the device. However upon running the application, nothing happens. Additionally in the device manager, it has a question mark next to my ethernet (wireless) card.
Is there anything I can do other than a reinstall?

Try removing the card from your system, un-install the driver software then replace the card, reboot and then re-install the driver. If that doesn't work, you need to consider that the card might be shot.
