Network problem (WXP-Pro)

We are having Windows 2003 Server standard Edition as a domain controller and Windows Xp machines as client machine. I tried browsing the other computers in the entire network from my client machine, it displays an error as " The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available".
From the domain controller also, i am not able to view all the client computer except some computers.
Firewall disabled in some of the client machines.

Do you have "File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks" enabled.
Its in
Control Panels/Network Connections
Right Click On properties (for Local Area Connection for example) it should be in the box and it should be checked. If its not in the box click install.

The File and Printer sharing is enabled already. The firewall is disabled. From the Windows 2003 Server i am able to view only five computers in the entire network, even though we have 20 computers in the network.
