Computer Does Not Start (All)

Hello.. I am using Celron 333MHZ Mercury MB. My Computer asked me to set the Clockspeed and select maximum speed and i reebooted. but after rebooting my computer does not start. I Cleared the CMOS alos but not started.
What is the Problem? Can anybody help me

wat happens exactly? it switches off or just blank???

Does't give any error messages. The system does't start. Just Blank after switching power on.

does the fans turn on? anything at all? green light?
