How Do I rename the Start Button

How can I rename the start buton, lets say to "Click Me". I am using Windows 2000 professional

I found a way to do it on my Win98 machine,
using a little program called sbchange.exe
(http://www.fwd.s5.com/sbchange.exe)

once u have it,
goto 'run'
and type [path]\sbchange.exe CliCkmE

The site Simon has listed works..I put in my name instead.. Here are the Hex (X16) for ASCII characters.. Starting at 41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,4A,4B,4C,4D,4E,4F 50,51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58,59,5A are the Capital Letters A - Z (respectively)

61,62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69,6A,6B,6C,6D,6E,6F 70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,79,7A are the small letters a - z (respectively)
