I am no computer expert, and need some help. Any time I try to run a .wmv file the computer freezes. Nothing works, including Ctrl-Alt-Del. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Media Player, but no luck. Other video files seem to work OK. Any suggestions?
