Network problems (WXP-Home)

I have got a cable modem and a Linksys 5port switch.

The cable modem is plugged into the uplink port, and the switch has 2 cables running to my pc, and another pc.

My PC works fine, i can use it with no problems, but the other PC comes up with "Limited or no connectivity" error, and you cannot get onto the internet

It could be a bad CAT5e cable. Also, make sure the drivers and firmware are up to date for both NIC cards.
