Lemme break it down like this :)
I have been to Several newsgroups and forums with this problem and seems I am either the only one or others haven't a clue how to fix it yet.
First here are my system specs..
Abit Bx6 Rev 2 Mobo
Celeron 550
2 hd's Maxtor 20 gig,seagate 4.2 gig
Geforce 2 GTS/Pro 64 meg DDR vid card
Win 2000 pro and Win ME dual boot
Ok here goes..
I have WIn me set up and running perfect as I am using the 6.31 Detonator drivers and coolbits reg to Overclock my vid card. I then installed Win 2000 Pro on a seperate hard drive and I love the OS and will one day make it my primary OS. Heres the prob : When I overclock my vid card in win2k I can use those overclocked settings till I reboot in which my overclocked settings are returned to default speed. Now, Is this a security issue? Maybe something wont let me write to the config file? Hell I dunno. PLease help Im desperate..It gets very irratating Re-Overclocking after each reboot. Oh btw I am useing the correct Win2k drivers and am logged on win2k as admin. Is this a registry issue or ?? THank you so much to those who reply
