all shortcuts of my PC are changed to have a word icon over the original icon. That is it displays two icon but the word icon is always on top of the original icon. When I create a new shortcut, it has the same problem. How to fix it ?

I always get TweakUI 1.33 from Microsoft which has a Repair Icons feature in it.
