rIGHT CLICK OPTIONS

Hi there all..id like to now if anyone know where and how to change the right-click options:when R-click now you get:

Active desktop
Arrange Icons
Line up Icons
Refresh
Paste
Paste Shortcut
Undo Delete
New
Properties

I´d like to "Move" the "NEW"option Up to the top!.....Is that possible...REG hack ?
