Hi, Ive had many many problems with my computer, everytime one problem is fixed 3 more pop up. So heres whats happened so far:
I couldnt install some programs such as Photoshop and Macromedia and my PC was cluttered with about 12 DVD media software etc, so I decided that reinstalling the whole lot would be the best way to go, so that all of the 'spam' was gone from my OS.
So after i did that i reinstalled what i would use, i was playing a RPG that connected to the internt and my PC randomly rebooted 2 days after the reinstallations, I thought nothing of it and wen tbed, next day i logge don, went on my game and 5 mins in the screen froze and a few mins later it rebooted again, every time i logged back on it did this, no matter what programs i was using, even when i was just loooking through control panel.
Anyway, I uninstalle dthe game and teh problem seemed to go. But now....everytime i shut down my PC the "Windows is shutting down..." screen stays on for about 15-30 minutes everytime, and when i turn on my PC it takes a good 15 mins to get onto my desktop screen. There are no problems while logged on, just when turning my PC on/off.
Does anybody know anything that could be causing this? I have no idea if it is a software or hardware error but im guessing software.
BTW, there are no viruses (that it tracked) and no [censored] or illegal files or any of theat crap, my HDD is completely spam free i think.
Please help its driving me mad, everything keeps going wrong!
