After trying the Tweaks suggested to improve internet performance, I could not connect, and my port stuck open. I went back and removed the suggested tweaks and everything ran fine. Question, what would make that happen. I know the Reg., but am a total amatuer at communications. I'm running W98, with a 900mhz processor, and 128 mg. ram and a Lucent 56K v9.0 modem using DUN. Dying to learn. Thanks.
