Crack Win98 system DLL.

HI all.

Not sure if anyone can help me here,but I have a tough question that only the pros will be able to answer .
? Can anyone here access or crack the info for many of the (system dll. , vxd ,drv, files etc.)in windows 98 system files.I can get them to hexadecimal but how can I convert them back to readable data.Hope you can help out,thx all,cya and (MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!)

If you have access to Microsofts Platform SDK, there is also the Resource Localization Manager RLMAN which has similiar functionality, see:

(actually no need for "cracking" - but J do not now about the info string you are looking out for)
