hi, i have been searching for a software for awhile but was unsucessful.
i was wondering if anyone knows about a program that can:
monitor users on your computer
kick/ban users (by ip hopefully)
kicks / ban users if they violate something (ex. idling on the computer too long, streaming a file instead of downloading off of a computer)

i currently use this program called sharewatch, but all this does is monitor / kick, it cannot ban or have set rules on when to ban/kick.
