I recently bought one of my friends old computer and ive removed all of his old files and programs and such and am setting it up for my own use. Well here is my problem, currently when you open internet explorer it all opens to google and such as I set it too but when I right click the following options come up

Forward
Save Background As...
Set as Background
Copy Background
Set as Desktop Item...
Select All
Paste
Create Shortcut
Add to Favorites
Veiw Source
Encoding
Print
Refresh

(many others with worse names)
Properties
Im sure it is easy to see what I want taken off but have never delt with this sort of matter befor and would like to know how to take it off. If you have instructions on how to take all of that extra stuff off please inform me. When you click any of them all they do is open a link to a website as a pop up but all I want there is the standard options no extras.
