Show Hidden Files (WME)

is there any way to protect the user to see my hidden files.?
is other words can i disable the option "show all files and folders"?
i am using xp as OS.

This Group Policy is still Hackable. I have done i many times. The user can click on the search menu search for the required file example: "Explorer.exe". But in the advanced menu you can search for hidden and system files and folders. It is also advised to disable search, which will ease the problem but that is still hackable. By going to C:\ Drive and on the side menu ther'e is a search button, which works!
