Hi,

I think I got a virus and somebody was helping to clean some infected files. When I finish a check in safe mode and restart my computer, it goes to a disk check in and later a blue screen appears with a STOP message (STOP 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xA0088CC6B, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) K_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED)
asking to contac the system administrator and it goes again to loop. I had already tried to reboot using the Windows 2000 CD and the same looping is occuring.

What I should do?

Thanks,
Valeria

Try doing a repair from the windows 2000 cd.
Also if you have a DVD player try download bart PE and install an antivirus scanner to locate the virus or what ever it is.
