Desktop items Rename

Hi all.
I`ve got a problem...users can rename items that are on Destkop (My Computer, My Network Places).
What can I do to Restrict this Option ?
I know that I can restrict this Option with regedit, but how ?

start -> run -> gpedit.msc

User configuration ->administrative templates -> desktop -> active desktop -> Prohabit from editing items.. just configure that to be enabled
