I have checked the IE Content / AutoComplete for Web Address and Forms and user names and passwords.

I still do Not get a drop down list when typing forms.
What I am missing?

Not sure if this is going to answer your question but...
Have you entered any info prior to looking for the dropped down reference.

Meaning; the first time you enter info on a particular site it will record it.
Upon your return you would start to re-enter the same info and the drop down will appear with your recorded entry from which you can then select it instead of re-typing the whole thing.
