Spyware Doctor has recently started keeping chkdsk.exe from functioning. I believe this started with one of the new updates. It had been running flawlessly until recently. Does anyone else have this problem? I have a friend who also uses Spyware Doctor on Windows 2000 Professional and has the same problem. So there must be more out there that is having this problem as well. Let me know if you find out anything. Thanks in advance.

The best way to run chkdsk is to re-boot into the Recovery Console and run it from there. <a target="_blank" href=http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307654>How to install an use the Recovery Console</a>.
